Vendors

More than 10,000 people of all ages attended LATINFEST last year. This year we expect an even bigger crowd!

Due to the increasing popularity of the festival and its space limitations, the Albany Latin Festival Association (ALFA) will choose a limited number of food, craft, and information vendors from the applications we receive. Our goal is to present a wide variety of foods and attractive displays at competitive prices.

 

STEP 1: Please read to ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS HERE before submitting the Vendor Application below.

Incomplete applications will be rejected and applicant will be notified for correction before being approved for the event.

Food vendors must comply with ALL Albany County Department of Health Temporary Food Service Permit requirements.

Applications completed after July 15, 2026  will result in a $50 late feeThe application process deadline is July 31st, 2026. 

 

AS OF JULY 31ST, 2026  FOOD VENDOR APPLICATIONS ARE NO LONG ACCEPTED, NO EXCEPTIONS.

LAST DAY FOR CRAFTS, NON-PROFIT, CORPORATE VENDOR APPLICATION  IS AUGUST 8, 2026.

INCOMPLETE/UNPAID APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE APPROVED AS OF AUGUST 15TH FOR ALL VENDORS

STEP 2: Vendor Application

To apply, please complete the LATINFEST vendor application, including accurate information about your vendor type and all required documentation. The application also includes fees and Terms and Conditions. Please note that incomplete applications will be rejected.

The application deadline of August 8, 2026. Applications completed after July 15th will incur a $50 late fee. ALFA will communicate with applicants regarding the status of their applications during the process. We eagerly anticipate receiving your application for LATINFEST 2026 and showcasing your offerings at our event.
